Instructions:
 A
maximum of three videos may be rented by a Chapter
at one time.- Rental applications
should be mailed at least one month in advance of
the date you wish to have the film.
- Please list alternate
titles in the event the titles you wish to have are
not available on the date you requested. LIST TITLE
IN THE ORDER IN WHICH YOU DESIRE THEM.
- Rental fees to NRHS
Chapters have been abolished. Chapters are responsible
for shipping costs only.
- For U.S. addresses
the shipping fee is $6.40 per tape, which includes
postage both ways. Priority Mail postage is
used to ship tapes. Priority mail postage is also
provided for their return to the NRHS Video Library.
Return label will be included with postage.
- For international
rentals, you must contact us before sending in this
rental application to determine the shipping charge.
International renters are responsible for return shipping
charges.
- Please return videos
within 10 days of their receipt.
- You must include
full payment with your rental application. Make
your check or money order payable to National Railway
Historical Society. All fees are in U.S.
Dollars.
