Sample Membership Card for At-Large Members of the NRHS

• Your official membeship card will contain a watermark and look similar to the above cards. Be careful not confuse your NRHS Membership Card or membership number with a separate card or membership number that may be issued by your local Chapter.

• Your membership number is the number on the upper right-hand portion of the card. It may be up to five digits. In the sample cards it is '3985'.

• If you are an At-Large Member of the NRHS, your card will say At-Large Member.

• If you have a Chapter Membership (your membership is held through a local NRHS Chapter), your card will indicate the name of the Chapter, which is known as your "Home Chapter." In the sample card above, this is listed as ' "Chapter Name" Chapter'.

• The year your continuous membership began is noted in the upper left-hand corner of the card. In the sample card(s) it is '1975'.

• The year your membership expires is noted in the upper left-hand corner of the card. In the sample card(s) it is '2002.'
