Member Services - Report Change of Address

First: Locate your NRHS Membership Card. By looking at your card, identify your membership number AND your class of membership (At-Large or Chapter).

To reporting a change of Address if you have an At-Large membership:

Write, fax, or e-mail, the National Office. You must provide your membership number, name, previous address, and new address. You must also include your phone number so we can contact you if we have questions or to verify the change.

To reporting a change of address for a Chapter Membership:

Contact your Chapter of the NRHS and request the change. Have your membership number, name, previous address, and new address, and phone number available. Changes in address for Chapter memberships must be requested through your Chapter. Your Chapter's membership Chairman will handle the the change for you. See the next section also.

If you have an Additional Chapter Membership in one or more additional NRHS Chapters besides your Home Chapter:

Contact the Chapter of the NRHS and request the change of address. Have your membership number, name, previous address, and new address, and phone number available. You must individually report your change to each Chapter in which you hold membership.

If you are a Chapter Membership Chairman and wish to report an address change for one of your members:

Write, fax, call, or e-mail, the National Office. You must provide your membership number, your name, and your phone number, your Chapter's Name, as well as your member's name, old address, new address, and membership number.
