A Chapter Member of the NRHS may change which Chapter their membership is held through. Members may choose to do this once they have as their involvement with various NRHS Chapters changes for reasons such as relocation.

To begin the change, Contact the Chapter of the NRHS you are interested in holding your Chapter Membership through. You will have to follow their Chapter Membership rules. Be sure to let the Chapter know you are already a Chapter Member of the NRHS and that you wish to convert your Membership to a Chapter Membership with their Chapter as your "Home Chapter." Have your membership number, name, address, and phone number available. The new Chapter's membership Chairman will handle the change for you.
