October 17 - 19, 2003 theTwin Forks Chapter of the NRHS Hosted
the Fall 2003 Board of Directors Meeting Weekend in Ronkonkoma,
New York. Besides a Gala Banquet and the Sunday Board Meeting,
there were several interesting trips/attractions to rail-oriented
locations in the area which centered around past and present operations
of the Long Island Railroad (LIRR). A few photos from two of the
trips, which departed from the Ronkonkoma, NY LIRR Train Station,
