The Annual Membership Meeting was held at the Mountainside in in Williams, AZ.

• Meeting convened at 3:35 pm.
• Minutes from the 2002 Annual meeting were approved.
• President Molloy read the 2001 Annual Report to the Membership and provided comments as necessary. He also noted several changes in personnel.
• President Molloy introduced the Officers and Service Directors that were present.
• There were no questions from the membership.
• Meeting adjourned at 4:20 pm
